Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Missing items in the order
  • Product received in spoiled, leaking, or unusable condition

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number/details
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging (where applicable)
  • Kept in proper storage condition until pickup/review
  • Available for verification by our support team

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially consumed food items
  • Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed after verification and approval by our support team.

Eligible refund situations include:

  • Approved return requests
  • Unavailable items after payment
  • Duplicate payment transactions

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal taste or preference issues
  • Minor packaging differences
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability

Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
  • Store credit may be issued where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

No Exchange Policy

We do not provide any exchange on products once the order has been delivered.

Due to the perishable nature of food items, exchanged products cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
